1) What if I have technical problems?
First be sure to check the fundamentals such as restarting your computer and checking that your speakers are plugged in and turned on.  If you have any further technical problems there will be further information at the online classroom.  You can send us an email at technicalsupport@thesurefoundation.org.

2) What is your refund policy?
We have a 30 day full refund policy minus your registration fee.  After 30 days there are no refunds.  Use the Express Priority Support terminal in your Student Account.

3). Are there semesters, starting times and completion dates at The Sure Foundation Institute? 
NO.  You may begin any day or month you wish and take the program at your own pace.

4). If I choose the monthly payment program option when are my payments due?
Our payment date is on or about the 25th of each month.

5.) Can I become a licensed minister after I complete the training?
Upon completion of the course you will be eligible to apply for a ministerial license. 

6.) What is the exact title I will receive through your associate program?
Upon successful completion you will receive an Associate Degree in Christian Studies (ACS).

7.) What is the difference between being ordained and being licensed?
Being licensed means you have been given the legal right to perform ministerial duties such as weddings and funerals or pastoring.  Ordination is the recognition of the call of God on one's life to the ministry by an ecclesiastical or church body.  Remember, the apostle Paul was ordained of God not of man. Definitions do vary from ministry to ministry and from government to government.  

8.) I want to continue my education after this program, will my credits be transferable?
There are many different Christian accrediting agencies because of the varying theological beliefs. The acceptance of credits from our school will largely depend on your school of choice.
